I hope everyone checks out the new food pyramid. It is different with a plus. It is suggesting exercise to go along with the food pyramid. Now it suggests 60 to 90 minutes a day exercise. Now, like a lot of people, I am busy and lucky to get up to 60 minutes a day, five to six days a week. You may check the pyramid at webmd or at usda.com. Just had to share this with you. Thanks Labguides for the links and also you can view it at webmd. There was a news comment also on the new food pyramid. There is a suggested 90 mintues of exercise, which I am lucky to do between 30 to 60 minutes a day. Good luck in looking and studying the new pyramid. I will be dicussing this with both doctors and insurance people in the coming weeks and months to come. Have a great week all.
