AVR then MVR

Welcome any insight from anyone who has had a 'staggered' AVR then MV replacement or repair, what has been the determining factor for timing the MVR, and what physical or other limitations were you under with a +2 leak, some calcification and prolapse? What drugs, if any?

Anyone have port access MVR?
