Can you get a tissue valve with a dacron graft?

If so, does that defeat the purpose?

Is it possible to go from a mechanical valve to a tissue?

Does the dacron graft increase your chance for failure?

how are you doing? feeling well? still traveling a lot for work or staying put a bit more these days?

Doing very well thank you. Was traveling at 8 weeks and pretty much all back to normal at home and work. Consider myself very forturnate and lucky to have gotten thru this with only the long scar on my chest as a reminder. I realize that 4 months is a very short period of time. However, so far all is very good.
Saw the pics from the Chicago reunion - maybe next one I'll be there.
