You right Nancy, however the problem in Israel is that all the top surgeons and there are many work in all the local hospitals but when you consult them they all suggest that if you have the funds or private medical insurance it is far better to have the op privately. Good extra income for them. THe private clinics do not have the backup as the hospitals do. By the way I think I will go for the machanical valve it looks as if that would be the best option although the thought of the medication gives me the creeps
