Can you tell me how to access messages stored in my private message folders.

Hi Gina-

Sorry to answer, I know you asked Hank, but I was just in my private messages. Just go to the User CP, then click on View all private messages, then you'll see a setting for the number of days you want to see them from, it goes from 10 days to all days (the beginning), you just have to indicate the number. That should do it.

What about messages YOU have sent. Can you access them again?

After you click on View all Private Messages, and set the appropriate number of days back to go, there is another little window which says Jump to Folders, you can select Inbox or Sent Messages.

Hi Hank,
Do you by any chance know how many private messages you can keep before the system says your private mail box is full and starts rejecting messages? That happened to me yesterday and told me to delete messages which I did, but the rejected message never arrived.

The limit that was set at 70 has been removed as of now. It's now unlimited.
