I just ordered the whole shebang. Joe thought they sounded terrific. I'll let you know how they are.

Sauces arrived today, so we're going to try one of them with wings tonight.

The Sweet and Sour Sauce was very good!

I had chicken wings, floured them, browned them well in some oil, then drained the oil off, added the Sweet and Sour Sauce and covered the pan. They cooked for about 20-25 minutes, and the sauce thinckened and reduced. The flavor was great.

I served them with buttered rice and scallions, and some pineapple coleslaw.

All the sauces have their own heart healthy recipe flyers which came with.

Joe liked it a lot. He put it on the rice too, and I didn't have to limit him on the amount because there's no sodium.

You're making me hungry! It is only 3:40pm in the afternoon here!

But it does sound good and I will be ordering some of these products, and not just for me, but would be a good thing for my whole family. Heaven knows my 19 yr. old and 17 yr. old boys get way too much salt with their fast food and chip snacking.

Wouldn't hurt to "sneak" it in on them as well.

I was just on that no fat no salt sauces site. You can get free sauces for giving them a recipe. So get busy, and experiment and send them one of your recipes!

We tried the garlic steak sauce today. Joe loved it and so did I.
