Slumping

Jean - I never heard anyone mention slumping before. I'm a terrible slumper, do it all the time. And when I do I really feel it has a bad effect on my heart since my AVR. Ah well, just another thing I'll have to give up I suppose.

Well at least I have some good company in my slumping! Did your mother always nag at you to "stand up straight, missy" as mine did? She died before my surgery , but would be glad that now I try to stand up straight all on my own!
