I recently went to work for my dentist, and he gave me a chart to use when I talk to patients since I'm fairly knowledgeable about warfarin/coumadin. I thought that this chart would be of great use to our members. I don't want to take up the bandwidth to post it to the server itself, but I'm having problems getting it to load on my own webpage at netscape. Do you have any suggestions?
The chart is a cross reference of procedures and INR.
