Here is a link for the government food database which lists just about all the nutrients for most foods. You can install it on your computer and search it. Yes--it does have Vitamin K along with all the others

Nancy, that is an awesome download...thank you!! It even lets you change how you want the portion calculated and it gives you so many options. I'm sitting here munching on Cheerios, so looked those up, and was amazed at the list of breakfast cereals this data base contains. Very useful for all kinds of diets.

Nancy:
This data base is a pure wonder. It has so many uses. With all you have to do, I just don't know where you find the energy to locate such gems for the rest of us. But, I do thank you so very much for this and for the many past resources that you have shared with us.
I think of you often and always with kind regards and hopes for the future.

Nancy,
I meant to look at this when you first started the thread, but forgot!:(
Now that I have, I've got it bookmarked. :)
Thanks for posting it.:)

I had to find a resource for potassium and phosphorus content of foods, for Joe's dialysis. That usually isn't listed on food labels. So I was overjoyed to find this resource.
