Sound right?

Remember, I am still learning about this...

Tested today. My range is 2-3. I got a 3.8. My usual dose is 14mg a week (and INR went up on the 2mg from 2.9 (Tuesday) to 3.8 (today). Dr is wanting me to decrease - 2 days a week take 1mg; 5 days a week take 2mg. This is a little less than 15% decrease which according to charts I've seen seems right on (10-15% decrease). No holding any doses. Restest on Wednesday.

Does this sound about right? It sounds right to me... but I'm a newbie to this!

That sounds pretty reasonable to me. Definitely retest in a week tho to make sure you don't drop too far.
