Just wondering if anyone has had experience with rhubarb affecting their INR? Attempting a rhubarb custard pie...and Nathan has been hovering on the low end at 2.6. Thanks :)

One cup yields Vitamin K 50mcg 63% of USRDA.

I'd say go easy on it.
