Help??

Matt dropped down to 6.2

The help I need is since he has to come off coumadin on friday for his cath on Monday... and he is going to do Lovenox, do you think I should actually start him on coumadin tomorrow or Tuesday, if his INR is below 4 or should I call the dr and just start the Lovenox??

Any opinions??? Thnaks!

With him, I think you should call the doctor and start the lovenox when he's beginning to be in range. With him, I can never tell what the rigth thing to do is. :(
