I finally was able to upgrade my old bike. Being on a bit of a budget I went with an off brand and saved a lot of money. An equally equipped name brand bike would have been $2000 or more. It is the Motobecane Le Champion SL and has 7005 aluminum frame, Ultegra Shifter and Derailers, FSA Carbon Cranks, American Classic Wheels & Hubs, Carbon Blade Forks, Cane Creek Headset & Brakes, Ritchey seat post & Stem. I took it for a 25 mile ride yesterday and it is really fast & smooth. I plan on doing most of my rehab on it.

It really gets my heart rate elevated.:)
