With every sunset, with every sound of laughter, with every bird I hear sing. Life is so very precious and we, who have almost lost it, do appreciate it so much (at least I hope everyone does).

That’s pretty heavy for a Friday night! :D
I’m pretty unhappy with the PCP I had at the time... she nearly killed me! So I reckon I’ll just thank God. :)
It's funny how it just comes to you at the strangest times how happy you are to be alive. I had just such a moment earlier today as I watched my 12 year old daughters band concert... she's first chair trumpet and played a beautiful solo. I was so proud. Who knew a trumpet solo could be so beautiful? Precious moments. Very precious.

Hey Rain!!
I know about those trumet things!!
Our 14 year old son is 3rd chair in first trumpets, and no solo yet, but we had his concert on Monday and it was wonderful! We were in the upper balcony, and the marching band came out throughout the entire auditorium. We had the trumpets up and down our isles! The drums and majorettes were on the stage below. I totally know how you feel! :)
Well, that was Monday....and I am the wife of a post valve recipiants, but Friday Night is still a very very good thing :)
