Just wanted to share this with everyone. Dr. Stanton is the surgeon who did my OHS.

you said o.h.s. did they do this with open chest both the valve and repair? or with an less evasive robotic techique. Also was this a repair of the aorta or did they acutally replace some of it. thx. steve in ca.

I didn't have the robotic surgery.

They have the robotic surgery now in Greeley and when they opened their new beautiful wing, at the open house (Wayne works in human resources for Banner Health in Greeley), they allowed visitors to the open house to try their hand at the robot. It was obvious watching people how difficult it is to work the thing. It is truly another medical breakthrough.
