Praise The Lord! Tim is out of surgery and is doing really quite well. He is off the vent, B/P looked great so did the pulse ox and heart rate. He was eating ice chips and cracking jokes. Such an amazing man :)

The surgery started at 8:00 AM, he got out around 2:00 PM. Our surgeon said it was a difficult surgery. That Tim had done well, but it was difficult. They replaced his old hemograft aortic valve with a new mechnical valve they also had to to replace the entire ascending aorta as the ascending aorta was completely calcified.

We are doing good and Thanking God for his grace. Please keep Tim in your prayers for his heart to stay strong and that there arn't any complications.

Thank you all for your prayers and wonderful notes of support. I don't know what I would do without you all.

God Bless,

Ann

Mornin, Ann. I checked in last night for news. I know how tired you must be. We are glad it's over and that he made a successful trek up and over the top. It sounds good so far. Now he will just recuperate and with you at his side, how can he miss. Blessins......

Tim, congratulations on your ownership of a brand new valve. You'll be up and walking today or tomorrow and we know you'll make us proud (as if that matters) and you'll be home very soon. Ann will take very good care of you. Blessins...........
