Blood Pressure question

Does anyone know if there is a good/standard blood pressure for a 20-year -old with a aortic valve replacment (St. Jude). Alexia was taken off all meds (including Captopril) and is now only on Warfarin and I am wondering if we should keep an eye on her blood pressure. Tomorrow is our 6 month St. Jude anniversary!! Yahoo!!

No one is really standard, but anything under 120/70 is excellent. 140/90 is getting a bit high.
