It has been two years since our daughter's mitral repair.
She is healthy, married and back in school working on PhD.
Thank you, Dr. Laks!

Ain't Life Wonderful!!!!!! Good to hear your daughter is doing so well.
I'm coming up on my ONE year anniversary of my re-birth. As I said in another post, I'm now reaching the point where I'm taking for granted the better life I have been blessed with. Those bad, almost unbearable days of November thru January leading up to my surgery seem like a bad dream. Of course, all I have to do is look at the "badge" down my chest to remind me that it was real.
Thanks to ALL the Surgeons that make our refurbished life possible.
May God Bless,
Danny
