Overall, I like the new setup.

However, I couldn't help but wonder if there are too many forums in the new setup?

Many of these topics, such as different types of valves are all intertwined.

When people tend to discuss valve choices, I've noticed the discussion is often comparitive and can include a wide variety of information.

Just a comment.
I like the rest of it.

You are correct, there are a lot of forums. This was in response to many requests for such. I'm easy and aim to please. If they are utilized, I will leave them, if they are not, they will dissapear.

Maybe less on different valves and add one for post surgery follow ups.:)

I share your concern. But, at least with the example you gave of valve discussions, I think Hank has already made adequate provision by including a general valve discussion forum in addition to the individual forums for each kind of valve. As Hank responded, I think the forum division can develop organically in accordance with how contributors post, and some threads may die while others thrive. This is almost as adventurous as having valve surgery itself!
