How to post pdf articles?

I have a number of journal articles for treatment guidelines for aortic and mitral valve dysfunction I'd like to post. Can anyone shed some light on this mystery?

I think one of the valid files you can post is a .ZIP file. I would suggest asking Ross or Hank though as I'm not sure what the guidlines are for this.

Place one or all in a .zip file and upload as an attachment.
