View Full Version : Tissue valves and cold to the core

The recent thread on "cold to the core" makes me wonder if persons receiving tissue valves and who may not be on warfarin feel the same chills.

During surgery they cool and then warm the body--maybe something controlling internal temperature becomes impaired somehow and doesn't function normally again.

I definately associate chills and cold with warfarin therapy--never the warmth providing hot flashes. Hee hee
