A great source of medical information is the Merck Manual, now available online. Just put the subject you're trying to research into the search engine at the site.
It's the nature of the Merck Manual that it tends to give fairly brief overviews, so you'll often need to go elsewhere for detailed information -but I've found that it's the best place to start because without an overview it's difficult for me to make sense of the more detailed info elsewhere.

Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis
"Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Death often results from massive pulmonary hemorrhage."
Gee I wonder if Coumadin would possibly increase the risk of massive hemorrahage. :( Don't even answer that! I already know.

Ross, there really are no words for how sorry I am about what you're going through.
Yeah, the Merck Manual does have a tendency to cut to the chase since the entries are pretty succinct. I do hope you've given written directives, living will, however it works in your state to document and communicate binding directives from you on what you want your healthcare to be if/when you become too incapacitated to communicate those directives at the time. I guess the only good news in any of this is that would all be irrelevant in the event of massive pulmonary hemorrhage, since that would likely take you out pretty quickly and painlessly.

Oh you can bet your sweet bippy I have all the legal stuff and 2 power of attornies in case one cannot be reached. They almost got to activate the wheel during my last surgery. Wish someone would explain to me why it's always dangerous for me to have surgery. I do not get along well with any of them.
