1 kiwi
1pintstrawberries
1 fresh pine apple
1 granny smith apple
1/4 cup orange juice
1small can mandarine oranges drained

Peel pineapple, kiwi, and apple cut up into large chunks. place fruit into food processor, pulse 3-4 times . place in refrigerator over night. grill chicken breasts or fresh salmon spread fruit over chicken or salmon once cooked completely. allow to remain on grill an additional 5- 10 minutes. This can also be served as a side dish with grilled por kchicken

or fish.

THinking you could get away with using some of the juices from the salsa to marinade fish...


Use white fish or maybe salmon.

Maybe add a touch of lemon or lime juice just for the marinade.


Hmmmm... Something to try this summer.
